I don’t plan to sell the hats because I’m already feeling like I’m getting carpal tunnel from just doing those hats. Making things by hand for a living is hard work. I learned my lesson with those clay photo tiles I used to sell. I have the Canon 5D for a camera. They don’t sell that one anymore. The 7D is what is probably most comparable now. Yes, it’s expensive.

You underestimate yourself. I saw how creative you were with those playdate themes. There’s a crafty bone somewhere inside of you.

Yes, you need to meet Violet and soon because she’s growing like a weed. If she keeps growing at this pace, she’ll be adult size by the time you meet her. The Christmas plans are still in the works. Let me know what dates you will be close to our neck of the woods.

Thanks! I do know how to knit, but I haven’t actually finished any projects. I have a cardigan in the works, but I’ve frogged it more times than I care to admit and have put it on the way back burner. I discovered Ravelry about a year ago when I was searching for help on the aforementioned cardigan. Just search “Best Friend Cardigan” and look at the some of the comments people have made about the awful pattern for it. I LOVE Ravelry. It’s actually where I found the pattern for the newsboy cap I made for the girls. I’ll post the link for the pattern in a new post since I’ve got others interested in it. You’ll have to share any patterns you’ve found there that you love.

P.S. Apple pie is so easy, considering the level of your creative crafting skill I think your pie would look much better than mine – I have no patience for making crust look beautiful!
