christmas greetings from NC

Just a quick drop-in to say we’re having a fun time down here in NC. We did encounter some major delays on our travels here as the weather was horrific on our original path, and a rock slide in Asheville forced us to take yet another route. We made it safely though, and we’re enjoying the warmish and sunny weather.

I haven’t even gotten around to wrapping presents yet, so this video makes feel really behind.

I hope everyone is enjoying time with family and friends and having the most lovely Christmas.

OMG THAT VIDEO IS HILARIOUS! I like the sunburst clock, the curtains, the bathmat, the SHOWER CURTAIN! and the TOILET PAPER! I can’t imagine the amount of time that went into wrapping that guy’s apartment like that! And the amount of wrapping paper.

I’m glad to hear that you made it safe. No rock slides here in the Upper Midwest, but apparently we’ll be getting hit with a giant snowball in the next few days that will leave us up to two feet of snow covering the state.

Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Oh my gosh, some people have lots of time and wrapping paper on their hands. Yikes!

We’ve missed you this week but I am glad to hear you are having a good time in NC. Merry Christmas!

Seriously, that took some dedication. I can see someone saying “wouldn’t it be funny to wrap everything in the whole apartment?” But then it seems like after the first several hours you’d give up, right? I know I would, wrapping is not my favorite. Wow, that’s crazy.

Glad you’re having fun, and good luck wrapping–I still need to finish, too. Sigh. Maybe they’d come finish mine…

Love the vid… glad I don’t know anyone with that much time to waste simply because the unwrapping would make a person crazy! It was super funny and creative though.
Glad you are safe at your destination. Enjoy the holidays!

I am feeling for the poor trees that made that paper only to (surely) annoy poor Louie for weeks to come…
